THE EVALUATION PATH

A calm, welcoming, and structured environment

Testing is conducted in quiet, dedicated rooms designed to minimize sensory distraction. We work at your child's natural pace to ensure an accurate, low-stress evaluation.

1. Clinical Intake

2. Direct Evaluation

3. Practical Roadmap

You receive a highly detailed diagnostic report detailing diagnoses, strengths and needs, specific classroom accommodation recommendations based on strengths and needs, and home-based support strategies.

We meet with parents to review developmental history, school records, and specific academic or behavioral questions. Questions, concerns, and things that need clarification are all addressed before we proceed.

One-on-one diagnostic testing measuring cognitive, academic, memory, visual-motor coordination, and/or executive functioning profiles. Typical assessments generally require two or more sessions and specifics will be discussed with parents. We understand that we all lead busy lives so we try our best to accommodate a schedule that works best for both parent and children.

SCHOOL ACCOMMODATIONS

What the report covers:

Translating data into action

• Detailed cognitive profiles highlighting individual learning strengths and processing differences.

• Formal clinical diagnostic codes recognized by schools and medical providers.

• Specific recommendations for classroom and standardized testing accommodations and/or modifications
